Gouges inside cases

So now that my cases are apart, Im wondering if the gouges that are in the bottom end below the crank, should somehow be fixed before reassembly? Actually theyre more like bad scratches!

 

They were made when the rod bearing let go.

You will be fine as long as they didn't crack the cases open and nothing contacts them.

i took a dremel to mine where it happened and roughed up the whole inside just to make it more presentable for me really. also that will help feep the fuel atomizede(SPELLING)
