Doc Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 Just bought a 96 Banshee 350. Having a possible fuel issue. Start it up and it backfires on right side at idle? When I bring it up at 1/4 throttle right side pipe gets very hot compared to left?I have cleaned the right carb. This one has electrics in throttle housings at top of carbs. Anyone have thsi time of problem with theirs? plz email me [email protected] Thanks Quote

Hooptiee Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 Could it be a air leak between carb and cylinder causing a lean condition? or maybe the float bowls are backwards? Quote
AKheathen Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 it really does sound like either an airleak, or fouled plug. make sure the little vaccume hose is hooked up between the 2 carbs. Quote
