is it just a factory on/off kill switch?

obviously the gas tank has nothing to do with it. you need to make sure nothing came apart and that there are no bare wires touching. it sounds like one of your plugs came undone.

If it just will not start and you have the torrs crap hooked up make sure you didnt kink the throttle cables making the slides stick open and the torrs kill the ignition

This sounds like it might just be a coincidence. Reminds me of back in the day when I worked for a Ford dealer. We called them "ever since" customers. "Ever since you rotated my tires, I don't get my favorite radio station anymore". I would agree with most people here. Something probably got un plugged. Likely if something was pinched and is grounded now, it wouldn't start at all. Atleast you've got that going for you! :headbang:

Yeah, you can, but when you put it all back together make sure to adjust it properly so the clutch with engage and disengage properly. Check all that before you put the cover back on so it works properly. You can fine adjust that up and the clutch lever adjuster also bro. But get the adjust on the pressure plate good and set first.
