tecateman Posted March 6, 2010 Report Posted March 6, 2010 far from finished but i wanted to post pics to show the difference. i cant wait to get some specialty polishing tools. most of this was by hand and dremel. started with this greasy banged up scratched gauged mess... cleaned it up smoothed out some lines and scratches.... then i started sanding and polishing.. far from done but you can see my thumb pretty clearly. done for the day. i need some dremel parts to continue. tecateman Posted March 7, 2010 Author Report Posted March 7, 2010 oh and i didnt even clean it. i just couldnt wait to take a pic. it doesnt do it justice because of the different angles and not quite done yet. the area near my hand is almost done. you can see my thumb like your looking in a mirror almost haha. once i get my polishing machine and my workshop built, im gonna be outta control and polish everything in sight lol. did i mention my quad addiction is back in full force after 10 yrs? hahaha.
