wow, i dont know why you guys cant believe it will go 105, i dont know this guy but i do know mine went 104 on the gps. all you guys build your drag bikes and run it 300 feet and think its the shit. stay on it a little longer and see what its got, run the fuckin thing dont be scared your gonna hurt it whats gonna happen rebuild it again? big fuckin deal balls up and do it. i do agree it aint worth 2500 and it damn sure is ugly but i dont doubt it will do 100 or so ive done it. my last shee was stock down a tooth in front up one in the rear it went 94 next to my brothers truck. all these shit talkin posts are getting old fast espesially from people who cant even offord to become a member, they just come in thinking they know it all about banshees. example= this retard windy city fuck head 39 posts and he's a pro all the sudden, i know we all want to think our shee is the fastest but all in all it aint. there is always gonna be a faster shee out there than yours, so how bout we grow the fuck up a little and stop talking shit about other peoples machines or balls up and meet for a race. wtf acting like little girls fighting over bra sizes

You guys don't seem to get it... its physically impossible for your bike to go those speeds with the gearing it has and the tires it has, and the power output of your engine isn't enough to push the bike to those speeds. Go do your math and figure out what the gear ratios are and you would find out its impossible. The pipes you are running won't allow the engine to even rev high enough to turn the rpm's you would need to reach those speeds. ROFL, I garuntee you that if you think your bike will go over 100mph you wouldn't be able to hold onto a bike that actually DOES go that fast. ...and just for the record, I do "balls up" and take my twister bike a hell of a lot farther than 300ft every time I run it.

 

edit: Also, with your stock banshee, down a tooth in front, up one in the rear... you actually geared it lower than stock, and even with a set of hi-rev pipes you would be lucky to hit 70's mph

for the record it took a 17 tooth in front, 39 tooth in the rear and 20 inch slicks to reach 107 on my shee. ppl who claim they have reached 100 on anything less than a 16 front are high on the oil burn off.

I don't understand why people try and lie about what their shee's will run top speed. It's obvious by now that you will get called out by all the experienced tech's on this website. I am totally new to banshee's, but I do know that no matter what, numbers dont lie. So quit making all of these absurd claims of "I went 105mph on my banshee and all I have done to it is foot pegs!" lol. Also, you cannot judge how fast your shee is by saying "well i was next to my friends truck and he was doing 94mph. If you will get a GPS and put it in that vehicle that was doing 94mph, i almost guarantee you it is not going to say 94mph on the gps. I drive an 04 tahoe and when im doing 75 on my speedometer, im doing 72 on my gps and as I speed up, the amount the speedometer is off is just going to increase. Like I said in the beginning, im a newb when it comes to banshee's so i am not trying to sound like a pro, but I do know how to do math.

Well BAKER....This "retard windy city fuck head with 39 posts" happens to have been a member of 3 other sites for the last 4-5 years. I OWN a full chromoly custom Metal Tech +4 dune/drag frame with +2+1 a-arms, Full ELKA shocks,+10 swingarm, JJ+A play axle, and a 4 mill 472 cheetah motor with powervalves that dyno'd at 92 HP before it was ported. Now with the porting and custom domes from Tim at TITAN RACING I'm pushing 103HP. I'm no punk like you...I'm 40. I looked at your personal info and noticed your sporting some vito's pistons, FMF pipes, a boost bottle, and a cool head...JESUS T TAP DANCING CHRIST! My WIFES bike has more done to it. If you sold your bike and got top dollar, it couldn't pay for my billet! Your the Noob. Compared to the stuff in my garage, your bike looks almost stock to mine.

You said your bike was "Down a tooth in front and up a tooth in back and ran 94MPH? That would be 13-42. He was claiming a 16-38 gear on a 20" tire....that would calcualte out to 95MPH. (some of use have gearing calcuators saved for conversations just like this) How are you doing 94 with shorter gearing 13-42 get's you LESS top end! Lastly, we don't just drag race and stop at 300ft. I drag/dune/dirt/woods/MX. I even entered a GNCC race last year! You ever paid money to enter a race? Ever gone up against anybody other than your friends? Top speed doesn't prove shit. We've done that too. Line up 3 guys at a time and run down my buddy's paved country road. After about 3 passes it get's lame quick. We just know that even if your bike can go 100 in a straight line down a paved road.......we would have you by about a city block because your lame "basic bolt-on's banshee" isn't quick. Heck I can get to 74MPH in only 300 ft and I'm only in 5th gear. In sand! LOL. Everythings fast if you give it enought time to come up to speed. Just what is the point of going 100 on the road? Can't really turn at that speed...jump? Hope not....stop? Not fast enough if trouble pops up....Your just stroking your ego. OOOOOH! your banshee's so bad ass it's as fast as a stock Celica. Sorry if our efforts to tune-up a guy who wants to claim 104MPH and ask $2500 for an ugly $1200 dollar bike have hurt your feelings. But if you have to say something like that to impress people to sell a bike....it isn't much of a bike. Hell, read his post...HE'S got more done to his bike that you do to yours! LMFAO Here's an idea...when you go back to school tomorrow, see if anybody is blown away with your story about your Wicked Top Speed Banshee....if someone is, sell it and buy this guys bike. It's bound to be faster than yours, and with more stuff done,you won't look like such a Noob. As for judging people by thier post count.....I'd say you've just said ALOT of stupid stuff.
