She runs excellent, y low comp? I don't think you would ever get it to start at 75, and even 90 would be difficult. Maybe your tester is wrong, or you are not testing the correct way. Plugs out, throttle open and kick until the needle stops moving. Quote
amstall Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 mine would still start on 3 kicks or less when it was blowing 90, so it is possible. as for your low compression I don't know what to tell ya, I'd try a new gauge for sure Quote
jbooker82 Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 What elevation are you at? What compression gauge are you using? Where the ports Chamfered when the cylinders are bored? If you dont chamfer them they will have a sharp edge and scrape the rings. Quote

Bought it for 50, the ports were chamfered Quote
