I searched and couldn't find anything about fuel just running out of the carbs as if they weren't even there. No matter what position my choke is in it runs right through onto the ground. Although. if I crank it over the fuel is consumed rather than leaking. Anyone know what repair kit I need?

I bought a K&L carb kit, is this right?

All stock Banshee, been riding her since 93.

Thanks guys!

Welcome to the HQ Paul Nixon! If your gas is just running out the back of the carb bowls, you need to fix your floats. If you don't have a manual get one! The manual will walk you through everything you need to know about your banshee step by step with pictures.

bbcmudtruck, Thanks I appreciate the help and the welcome.

Do you think I should rebuild the carbs since I have never done a rebuild of any sort to it yet? If not then I will buy the manual with the exchange money.

Is the manual a Chilton?

Thanks again.

You may need to replace the bowl gaskets and float needle and seats. Its hard to say without seeing them. They may just need to be cleaned out real good and adjusted properly. The manual is a Clymers manual. Here is an ebay link to show you what they look like. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-YFZ350-Banshee-87-06-Clymer-Repair-Manual_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem19b9baf76cQQitemZ110490220396QQptZMotorsQ5fManualsQ5fLiterature
