Screamin Banshee92 Posted January 23, 2010 Author Report Posted January 23, 2010 Well I unplugged everything and have gas to carbs and have spark at plugs ... So what the heck could this be. I think I got all the tors plugs 2 at carb one in throttle and the box at tank Quote
trail rider Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 do you know how much compression the motor's got? and you could try taking the filter off and using some starting fluid. if your getting spark then it should at least start frome the starting fluid. just hold the throttle wide open and spray 3 or 4 squirts in the intake, the crank it while holding out on the choke. Screamin Banshee92 Posted January 23, 2010 Author Report Posted January 23, 2010 (edited) Well I put my old plugs in after I cleaned them. I guess the new ones are junk. I sprayed some starting fluid in didn't start. I adjusted the coil pick up I guess it is next to flywheel. and also was wiggling my coil wires and then sprayed it again and it started no idea exactyl what the problem was. I wish I knew. I don't want to be broke down somewhere. I also don't know my compression how can I check that Edited January 23, 2010 by Screamin Banshee92 Quote

I also forgot to mention that it backfires or pops after revin it a bit seems like only one side. Quote
btbrsio Posted January 24, 2010 Report Posted January 24, 2010 mine did that to, after i take the carbs apart an cleaned them now she starts on the first kick. my pilot jet was gummed up pretty good on the left side an thats the one that was poppin its a good idea to get the TORS elm. kit though. if it starts with starting fluid then your not getting gas to the pistons.
