how to measure bore and stroke?

Hey guys just curious if someone can tell me how to measure bore and stroke and can i measure stroke with just takeing jugs off. also how can i tell what size carbs on on this bike?

You can do a quicky with a caliper ,digital is easier.If im not mistaken top of cylinder to bottom of exhaust is 54mm for standard stroke,4mil is 56 and so on.Piston will sometimes have sizes on them like 513(standard),795(stroker)followed by bore size like 64.50(.020 over).Thats the easiest way to tell unless you have some machinist tools

was having a hard time figuring out this superior sleeve jug,look at the exaust flanges how they meet the motor mount.it was said it was set up for a stock stroke crank

so i did the measurement as posted and it was 56mm with 77mm pistons

I would like to clarify that having 513 series or 795 series pistons tells you nothing about the stroke, but rather the rod length. 513 series are for a std (short) 110mm rod and the 795's are for use with the 115mm (long) rods. People may even use blaster 573 series pistons with 66+mm bores and long rods.
