well may go and see a bike this week, the bike has had 3 or 4 owners, just had a new waterpump, clutch and 2 new pro x pistons

 

the only thing troubling me is if the bike is ported, he doesn't know, he didnt do the engine work and so doesn't know if she has been ported or not, heres a link to give you all a rough idea of what she is like... http://belfast.gumtr...6/51969896.html

 

i have never heard of pro x, im a wiseco supporter, does the use of these pistons signify anything? are they for ported bikes or what?

Pro x pistons are just another brand of piston. I put one in my blaster years ago ran it for 5 years and when i sold it, the comp # hadn't dropped at all. Dont quote me on this but i think they are cast like stock pistons.

Pro-X pistons are a great cast piston for OEM'ish engines.

i got a set of pro x in my 01 banshee, runs great, had 0 prob with them. i got mine cheap off line. just needed a fast fix.
