  3. almost anthing you do that requires new jetts, will change your fuel useage some. if you do a port or bigger bore you will use more fuel. if you want hp, you have to pay to play. i have alot of external bolt on, and have a bore done. i can ride a 40 mile trail ride and play alond the way on a tank of gas.
  4. Wildcards got all my work for now on, very nice to talk to and helpful

  7. i got a set of pro x in my 01 banshee, runs great, had 0 prob with them. i got mine cheap off line. just needed a fast fix.
  8. 5 gallons of gas requires half a quart of oil, 4oz per gallon. also its better to mix to much oil than not enuff. u will faul plugs more and it will smoke after warm up. i mix mine 32 to 1 on preamium pump gas. it smokes till i ride a min then stops smoking.
  9. Im thinking bout adding a cheeta cub kit, stroker crank, and a head, in late summer. Any suggestions on that to?
  10. Its been bord,(im not sure how much, told as much as you can on stock juggs). 270 jetts in stock carbs, carbon fiber reeds, reed spacer, K&N filter kit, FMF fatty Gold pipes, FMF power core 2 silencers. I have 5in spcers on the rear axle. Im pretty sure thats all. Oh they by passed all the electronic stuff.
  11. Thanks for your comments guys. First id like to say the pic is the pipes i was looking at. It is off the trinity web site. Next I gutted my FMFs and the sound better, and i feel like a 25% increese in power. Evan the guys i ride wit say they can feel it. I live in louisiana, we dont have any sound control on off road bikes. I ride mine on trails, race, and plan on dunns this spring. Im not looking for a power adder, its fast and good for me and what i do. Im just looking to make it sound the best it can. Im going to look in to the toomy and thank you for your info.
  12. Iv got FMF fatty Gold, And a set of gutted FMF power core 2 silencers. I gutted them cause they were to quiet. They sound pretty good, But I want to be noticed. Who makes the best sounding exhaust? or whats the best combo to go with? Iv been looking at trinity racings exhaust, but iv never herd it.
  13. I have a mildly modded 01 banshee, Im going to go play at the dunes this comming year. Im looking for the best set up to go with. Gearing, Paddles, Ext.
  14. Thanks guys ill Check and see what i come up with. I have took the carbs off and cleand them out with carb cleaner. I did what i was told is a dirty rebuild.
  15. I just bought my first banshee, Whitch seems to be a new money pitt. To make a long story short, I had the top end rebuilt with 35mm pistions, it has fmf pipes cold air kit n aftermarket reeds. I had the carbs rebuilt. Now im spose to be able to ride it, lol. or not. It wont start with out adding fuel to the pistons, after it warms up it will only idle at bout 1/4 throttle any lower it dies. at 1/2 throttle it falls on its face, and its back fireing out the pipes when you work the throttle. if any body knows wats wrong please help. I put a 270 main jet in it frm a 200. fmf says there pipes call for a 260. is that the only jets i need to change? the others are stock, Thanks to the shop that did the carb rebuild.
