1999 shee

well after selling my banshee 6yrs ago to raise my kids..now its time to start again. My shee was nothing to talk about, just pipes, K&n, and +4 timing..I found this shee right down the road..asking some advice before i buy..the guy said 2k..what kind of pilots/mains should be in there? we are at 400 above sea level..has some more stuff..is 2k high/low

i would think 150-165 on the main's and for the pilots 40-55. if i was you i wouldn't pay more than 2k If he payed all of thoes price's that he listed he got ripped off imo. Ask him what size dome's are in that cool head,, how much compression does it have,,

pilots should be 45-50. mains should be 158-165. this will all depend on elevation and temperature.

 

i would do a compression check on it for sure. if he wont let you then stay away from it. i dont think $2k is that bad of a deal for it if its in nice shape. its hard to tell by the pics.
