I will stick with the pods then. Can I still trail ride and ride in the rain if they have outerwares? I am not often riding through high water or in the rain, but sometimes have the urge to mess around in the snow.

Outerwares are water resistant, not water proof so you will get water through them. Think about it, if you're on the throttle, the engine is trying to suck air-dirt-water-whatever through the filters so if water can get to your filter it wants to go through. Thats why I run an airbox.

guys guys guys it sounds like your drowning in a cup of water./.... why dont u just run pods in the factory airbox and dril some small holes on the top lid???
