BOOZER2009 Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 would anyone happen to have a diagram for the tightening sequence for cylinder nuts and head nuts. The copy I have does not show numbers clearly. Quote
Screaming Yellow Zonker Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 IIRC the stock head has the sequence right on it... this might help. Different brand but same basic sequence... Quote
flyhighprerunner Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 I always start with the inside and work out,(while alternating sides) but dont fully tighten them just kinda get them down snug and then torque them in......does that make any sense? Quote
dajogejr Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 I always tighten mine down to 10 ft. lbs in sequence, then 15, then 20 and finally 22. Quote
