Paul turner pipes and fmf

well i found a set of Paul turner mid pipes, that dont come with any silencers, they are in good condition and they are chrome, unfortunatly i dont got any paul turner silencers, so i want thinking of combining them with my fmf power core 2 silencers, so is it a good combo? and what are the pro's and con's by combining them

Cause, look at how the head pipe on the PT's connect to the PT fat boy stinger tube...WAY diff angle, hight and all that good stuff.

if the PT's are a sweet deal, buy the PT's. then save up for a few more months, and buy the right silencers then.

Or u can run the stock silencers with them. I bought used pt mids with stock silencers first to find out if i liked them, then bought new pt's and cascade silencers.

But yeah the pt's and fmf silencers won't work, i tried.

yeah thanks guys, but once i buy the PT i need to sell my fmf's, but thanks anyways guys, BTW the pipes are chrome and the chrome is beautiful, and they are for a 92 banshee but they were on an 01, and they got one dent in the bottom of the pipe, the guy is asking 175 for them, what yall think, and the cascade silencers i might look into if i take em

Sounds good to me. The first ones i bought were $200 and and not in as good of shape as those sound. I bought my new ones from cascade for $590. their silencers are $325 for polished cans (i had mine powdercoated) on their website, i believe u can get them non polished. Btw i had mine sound tested and they 87dbs, with packing over 2 years old. And we ride alot!!!!

i have laid my eyes on a beautiful set of PT it comes with the fat boy silencers by duncan, they have been just polished, new o-rings, new end caps, and new packing ( im not too sure if it has new packing ill have to double check ), and their high rev

Yes they do, you just have to think outside the box, make a little male connector for the two pipes since the head pipe and silencer both have female ends, slap a clamp around it, and you're done. I've been running them this way for years, works great, sounds good, performance is where it should be
