I have a sand blaster and never heard this done? It works good you say? What psi should I set the blaster on? Quote
speedcrazyshee Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 i used about 80 to 100psi depending on the grime on the cases. make sure to tape of all inlets to the internals of the motor. i used this method to clean and restore many of the parts on my banshee. it work very well. i does make a mess thou. dont do it in a grassy area. the baking soda will kill the grass. KaosBanshee44 Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 Gunk and a power washer. Get a wire brush for the real stubborn parts. Yeah just some simple green and a pressure washer works fine for gunk on the top of the cases.
