RippinShee Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 I bought a set of used Keihin PJ 34's and have had them installed in my bike for about a week now. I was syncing the carbs and noticed the slides look different. I pulled them out and left left one at the bottom, the taper is huge, like the big u at the bottom. The right side is much flatter. WTF? Better get a hold of the seller because you have an issue there and the original owner likely knows about it. Yes, they should match. B EDIT: OK, I got it, the original owner drag ported only one cylinder and woods ported the other so he could have the best of both worlds..damn, where are my smileys when I need them... Tedder Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 (edited) Yep, They need to match. Hard to say if the seller knew about it or not. You'll probably only need to buy for one carb.
