03bansheeman126 Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 whats up all found a set of keihin 28mm carbs for sale but wondering if they would be a good change from the stock carbs i run now. Im pretty much stock except for pipes and K&N. The other thing i was wondering is how does these carbs hold up? The other thing is im about to have it ported and was wondering if these would be a good choice. thank in advance Quote

Yes there really good. Buy them sell your stockers and be done. I run the 30's for a long time now and love them. You dont need tors removal if you dont have the stokers. Just rip out the wires going to your throttle housing up on the bars, then unscrew the lil tors black box under the left side of the fuel cell and smash it on the ground, mount the 28's jet accordingly and never look back.
