banshee on alcohol

need help just bought an 01 bashee on alcohol all i know is it has 40mm lectron carbs i know nothing about where to buy alcohol or whats the genral rule of thumb. i live in ogden utah if anyone can help please chime in. thanks in advance

I would say it isn't worth it then. How much dunning can you get done when you have to fill up all the time and only have a rage of 10 miles or less on a tank.

 

I would ditch the lectrons and get a pair of Keihin PWK 35's and run it on race fuel. That way you would have a lot longer range on a tank of fuel, and you wont have to purge when your done running methanol.

alchohol is for guys with time and money, gas and smaller carbs, set and forget it!!!

Yep...but here's the good part.

For a set of 50 to 60 dollar needles, those same carbs will work on gas, nothing else needed.

 

Call up Dennis Packard, tell him what you have...he can get you the right needles and even advise you on how to set them up.
