92bansh Posted August 3, 2009 Report Posted August 3, 2009 Im new to the Banshee riding experience. I have many wheelers in the past but nothing quite like this machine. It has the stock axels and carrier in it now but the stupid shmoe who i bought it from snot welded the jam nut and right hub to the axel shaft. I have a complete good blaster rear end im wondering will it fit and will it be sufficient enough to hold the power of the banshee. The bike is pretty stock with the exception of reeds, pipes and silencers. Everything looks like it will fit and match but i dont want to go through the trouble of the swap if its not going to work properly. im mainly a trail rider so i dont want to fight the expense of putting an entire rear end upgrade in it just yet. Please anyones help would be great. Im dying to get this thing back up and running.. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted August 4, 2009 Report Posted August 4, 2009 I doubt a banshee owner would use a blaster axle, but a Blaster owner would damn sure use a shee axle. Same difference, check on the blaster forum. BTW, got a shee, blast, warrior. Quote
TwistedSheeRida Posted August 4, 2009 Report Posted August 4, 2009 im not sure havent done it but i had a blaster and im pretty sure the rear axle carrier and axle are the same. the carrier should bolt up though for sure. Quote

The older ones have different size splines for the wheel hubs. And yes it will work just fine, we use them on the drag bikes for a cheap narrow axle. Quote
