ryanj8714 Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 (edited) I have been riding quads for a long time but have always had 4 strokes. I just got a 2001 banshee with some extras its an awesome looking bike and it screams, but after I ride it i noticed that there is a little oil leaking out of the end of the silencers. Is this normal? It has cpi in frame drag pipes and some motor mods? Also if you have any tips on maintenance let me know please. I have pretty good mechanical skills but like I said I've never been aroung 2 strokes. Edited July 28, 2009 by ryanj8714 Quote

ryanj8714 Posted July 28, 2009 Author Report Posted July 28, 2009 Ok good deal I was hoping it was something small like that. Do you have any tips on maintaining it that's different with 4 strokes? I am pretty ignorant on anything with 2 strokes. Quote
LiftdT4R Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 A little rich is better then a little too lean. I always have oil on my silencers. Occasionally a drip, just the nature of the beast. Quote
