Natemills8 Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 (edited) What size Pilot jet should I be useing my bike is Stock Bore With Superstock Piston with a full drag port 34mm PWK Air strikers on alky with GGR Drag PipeSB. Natemills8 Posted July 24, 2009 Author Report Posted July 24, 2009 Its a stock stroke stock bore ride ported motor my buddys 4mil cub with 35.5s on it has a 48 jet in it he said I might need to go smaller but it will start up with out the choke the second or third kick Quote
Sammy Posted July 24, 2009 Report Posted July 24, 2009 If it starts easily cold without the choke, then your pilot is to rich. Go down a size on the pilot, retune your mixture screws and try that. Quote

dajogejr Posted July 24, 2009 Report Posted July 24, 2009 Your pilots have nothing to do with the bike's throttle being wide open. Your air screws and pilots control off idle to just under 1/4 throttle. If your bike doesn't have triple exhaust ports, good chance you don't need a powerjet, even on alky. Air Strikers jet a little different than conventional PWKs. Quote
