BANSH-alena-jol-EE Posted July 5, 2009 Author Report Posted July 5, 2009 i dont no the answer to your qestion but im getting ready to do mine to, is your banshee bogging or anything or do u just want to do it? she is very weak low rpm, some bogging, and compression is 85 and 83, oh and she is a bitch to start when shes cold now, literally 25-50 kicks to start her, if she will at all, but once shes warmed up she will start first kick? shes a weird one ahha Quote
bigboysmith Posted July 5, 2009 Report Posted July 5, 2009 Yea that sounds like mine , its hard to start and it will stall sometimes, also it will bogg at low rpm when i try to like race or something, so i think i have the same problem as you. Quote
bassmaster345 Posted July 5, 2009 Report Posted July 5, 2009 Do a leakdown check on it before tearing it down and make sure your crank seals are good. If there is no leaks just get a full top end gasket set off ebay like this one- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-Bans...3A1%7C72%3A1171 Quote
