CarlosD Posted March 21, 2010 Report Posted March 21, 2010 whats up banshee lovers! i noticed someone asking about the outlaw banshee chassis that lone star made and they dont make them anymore i bought a outlaw chassis from them in 07 and never got to do anything with it so im thinking its probly the only one left that is brand new everything is chrome and polished alum, the frame and lower a-arms are powder coat blue the sad thing is that i might have to sell it to pay off some bills.i know what i payed for it and it wasnt cheap i was wondering how much i could sell it for.keeping in mind that it is new cuz in all reallity it is this chassis is on a bike stand and the bolts are finger tight when i got this it came as there rolling chassis everything is new and shinny. anyone have any idea what it is worth? Is this still available? Quote
WINDYCITYJOHN400 Posted March 22, 2010 Report Posted March 22, 2010 He listed this last year and jerked around with not listing a price for months. He thinks it's the greatest banshee frame ever made and thinks just because it's mint and new he'll get as much or more than it was new. They don't make the outlaw any more. He thinks he's got a high demand collectable. It IS a nice looking set-up BUT, it's not going to get sold for anything north of 1/2 what he's got into it. You could buy a complete running mint calander quality bike for what he thinks the frame and suspention are worth. I think he just wanted to have people tell him how wicked it looked. I don't think he'll ever get the money to finish it, so posting pics and reading the people lusting after the roller is about as close to an un-veiling as it will ever get. Quote
