matt1 Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 I recently rebuilt my carbs and was not sure where this part went. It is a small about 1/8 inch od brass tube that installs on the bottom side of carb between the main jet and discharge of carb. My question is which carb does this go on and what does it do? The choke tube connects both carbs horizontally inline with the chock nob. Go have a look if its there and in place. This is a BRASS tube in front of main jet. It sticks into the main body of the carb and hangs down into the float bowl. If the carb is upside down like when doing a float level adjustment It would be located between main jet and the discharge of the carb.
