T-Bone Posted June 13, 2009 Report Posted June 13, 2009 I jut bought a 97 banshee and the air filters are pretty beat up on it. It has 35 mm Keihin carbs and Toomey T-5 pipes on it i was wondering what filters would be the best for this. The old ones are K&N but are melted from the exhaust. Should I go with a uni filter or stick with dual? I'm pretty new to all of this forum stuff and im not to familiar with banshees so any help would be great. Quote
GrMeyer Posted June 13, 2009 Report Posted June 13, 2009 get the OD of the mouth of the carbs and there you go. So then find a filter that will fit the OD Quote
jbooker82 Posted June 14, 2009 Report Posted June 14, 2009 Cascade sells pod kits for keihin carbs. Just make sure you tell them what angle of flange you need. They have 10 and 20 deg. They also sell heat wraps that slide over the exhaust stingers so you don't melt the outerwears. Quote
