Bajnok Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 atm my gearing is 13/45 pulls like a mofo when racing and climbing in the sand but recently i have ppl hounding me to change it because they said its an accident waiting to happen because its too much torque for a 13 on the front..i was told with what i have i should trying to run a 15 or 16 in the front.i have cpi inframes, port job, bored pistons. vforce reeds. cool head, timing +5, dual pods..im quite content leaving it 13/45 its been good to me so far but if its gonna damage something id rather change it now than wishing i would have changed it. 2nd has lots of torque and when racing i just start in 4th and from 4th-6th it pulls real hard..if i use a bigger tooth in the front and drop down in the back could i have the same effect? any suggestions? shee4speed Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 if you want to keep that huge ass rear, try a 14 front. Quote
