Adjust throttle cable PJ 34...

I was cleaning my PJ, them after i installed again, i push the thumb throttle to the "full" position and i notice that the slide doesn't go up all the way, is this expected or my cable is not corrected ajusted and the slide must go up all the way, thanks for looking...

adjust the tops of the cable adjusters to where the slides line up with each other see how far they go open after that as long as they still close all the way adjust the throttle adjuster so that the slides move as soon as you touch the throttle or not gepending on how the feel is

alright thanks, so i should adjust the cable and the slide should go up all the way when i push to the full throttle position...???

You may need longer carb cap adjuster screws. I found a set of Mikuni cap screws that fit perfectly, and they appear to be exactly the same kind F.A.S.T. sells...
