  8. Already confused, I have been thinking on doing the dc conversion (floating ground, battery, etc), I discarded the box from ebay because supposed will only allow low wattage use, but well seems that it works correctly
  9. I saw one time a box that converts AC to DC (on ebay) but they only allows you to use 6w, something like that; are you using the same box?
  10. It was built by a local shop, supposed to be chromoly but to be honest I change it for a lonestar subframe that is lighter, so I now have my doubt if it is chromoly!

  12. thanks man! Right now I will be using this diagram, I guess the Red wire will only go to the switch and the black to ground at frame (wires from the new rectifier) right?
  13. I guess I already figured out the whole process but I have read mixed commens about using a battery on led lights, I am planning to run a pair of 10w led lights at stock location using the low beam, and a led light bar 30w mounted at handle bars on high beam....thanks again
  14. I am looking into running some led dc lights, I am trying to figure out "floating the ground", right now as I understand, I need to desolder the ground on the stator, then put an extension to the desolded wire and this one will go out to the rectifier right? thanks in advance!!
