LIM_Whiteboy4life
I thought it was my POS 100 buck clear hoses but i put home depot reinforced clear tubing and it poped off after 15min of dragging (by myself) to see if it would hold up and dial in my carbs, While i was messing with the air screws at idle the hose just poped off... I have a pro design billet impeller with a stock motor. I was thinkin the rad cap isnt doing its job ....
SAVAGE420
Cause its the shit 150F rated home depot hose. Go stick a garden hose out in the sun for awhile and see how limp it gets from the heat, same thing is happening to that hose. Get something with a "Minimum" rating of 250F. tidos76
I run it and havent had any problems. I just use a GOOD 1/4" wide clamp on the head and make sure its TIGHT! No problems so far.

boela
Check if your head gasket is not blown, myne did the same, fill up the water, dont fit the radiator cap, start it and let it idle, check if there are any bubbles or close the filler with your hand,if there is a pruesure built up,then it is your head gasket
Tf705
sounds like your getting cylinder pressure in your cooling system. look for blown head gasket. maybe even a warped head. or the worst could be cracked water jacket in your cylinder.
