Key switch elimnation

k my key on off switch broke just want to bypass it what do I do with the 4 wires. red, brown, blk, blk/wht

I'm pretty sure you just take the red and ground it, I can't remember for sure. Anyway, all you have to do is ground one of those wires, just try them one by one and see what works. Start with the red wire, I'm pretty sure thats it...

Take the 2 bigger wires and splice them together and tape them off or solder them and heat shrink wrap them.

 

Now take the 2 small wires and splice them together and tape them off or solder them and heat shrink wrap them.

 

Tuck them away =DONE!!! :thumbsup:

Cut the plastic plug off, that plugs into the key switch. The brown and red wires go to absolutely nothing. Once you cut the plug off, all that's left is Red/Black stripe, and Black. Tie those two together. Done.

x2 - just cut plug and splice the 2 wires together.....done dadda.....
