OK i looked and they are out of 230's so should i just get 220's to be safe? and just get the 240's? i have spend about 50 bucks in jets so far. so i have a bunch that i dont need. I have 300's 290's 270's and 260's andyone need any of these maybe we can swap.

You are getting awful lean on the main. Check your float height, and make sure it's set right. It sounds like the float is set too high, allowing the bowls to overfill, and making it run rich.

remove bowl and gasket turn upside down and you should have 21mm from bottom of floats to the carb body. Remember to remove the gasket. If you need to adjust bend the tab that rests against your fuel inlet needle
