shoei helmet?

I am looking at getting a new helmet and always heard that shoei was one of the best. Because of the price I have never considered getting one. I found a closeout deal on one for $215. I want a lightweight helmet with good ventilation. Should I get this one or look for something else?

can't go wrong with a shoei, especially at that price. You can get cheaper helmets but they usually don't have both D.O.T. and Snell ratings.
