Wow,hang that one up in the garage, had to be a lemon, this all happened at one time,or you just took it apart? You would think maybe you could clean it up send it back and see what they say

I had another guy tell me they have cracked a few TZ and Max load bearings from running lean.Just over the winter i know i was a bit lean with my alky, new carbs and was trying to tune them.I doubt the crank was bent, the bike ran great.

JD has broken one or two fibers also.

yea, sure have. On 2 different clutch packs!! The second set I broke I didnt even notice until I pulled it all apart. I was running the TUSK clutch, but im sure it had something to do with my inner/outer hubs. Something had to be hanging the fibers up, causing them to snag and break under pressure.

The bearing is weired. I could see over-stress due to an unbalanced crank. Or maybe it was a fluke?

I didn't notice any of it either till i pulled the motor apart. The bearing deal .. I think it was just a fluke or something.I mean it was the bearing race that's cracked on a brand new bearing that maybe had 30-40 passes on it..Just a freak of nature kinda thing is my conclusion, shit happens lol
