A mate of mine bought some Raptor 700 twin piston brake calipers (which are apparently the same as YFZ brakes), to fit to his 660 Raptor. He sold that and bought a 700 Raptor, so no longer needs the brakes...but he tells me they will bolt straight onto a Banshee. If they do, I'll buy them. Simple question, do they fit?? Thanks Quote

2001Stroker Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 YFZ fronts are direct bolt-ons. I thought Raptor calipers were different than YFZ's. I don't think the YFZ back will work at all though. You can get a rear caliper from a street bike. I can't remember which one, but it's a direct bolt-on also. I wanna say it's a CBR. I'm sure someone can fill in the blanks. Quote

I'll need to double check they are YFZ calipers and not Raptor ones, because he told me that Raptor 700 and YFZ have same calipers. Thanks dudes Quote
