jason0911 Posted March 6, 2009 Report Posted March 6, 2009 ok so i installed the new engine and trying to adjust the carbs.. to adjustment it on the dot.. i unplugged the tors cuz one of the idls screw was stripped.. so lets say the sliders in the carbs all all the way down.. it will start no problem! but after a while it doesnt keep its idle .. i have to adjust it from the feeder..and if i let it cool down.. i have to loosen the feeder back so that its will start .. is this a bad thing ? i have no mod other then pipes and air filter.. running 280 mains and 30 pilots any ideas? BUILDER Posted March 6, 2009 Report Posted March 6, 2009 I think your pilots are to big.Go back to 25's. I agree that pilot is to big for that setup. If you want you could probably get away with a 27.5 but i would get rid of that thirty. Quote
