Sacrifice a few ply's to make a real light tire for racing with tire-balls. 6ply tires WITH tire-balls is almost overkill. Anyone remember Turf Tamers ? Those tires were cool back in the day, but they were only 2 ply. Racers, are 6 ply tires AND tire-balls overkill for a 2 hr race ? Would a 2 ply tire with tire-balls be enough protection for a race ? I have access to a shitload of brand new tires, all sizes, all models. I'll get my scale and try to get some tire weights. I'll report back :ninja: Quote
