They have a shiny chrome finish and have no broken or cracked mounts. One pipe does has some smear on it but probably can just be buffed out (Located in picture #2). I would recommend shining them up before installation. Pipes do have some bluing down by where the pipes meet the cylinders. Pipes and silencers are ready to be mounted. $360 shipped fellas.
