FireHead Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 How long do you guys make wires on nology coil,if any one has pics would be greatly appreciated You make them as short as possible. They are generally too long for the application, and the capacitor in them limits how short you can make them. Quote
BellicoseBanshee Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 This is a little side step, but since we are talking about Nology coils... The instructions for a Dyna CDI recommend the stock coil. Assuming the stock coil is best for the Dyna CDI, which is a better choice, the Dyna CDI or the Nology coil? I suppose this is a good time to ask whether or not the stock coil is indeed the best coil for the Dyna CDI... Quote

Im confused about the nology plug wire length thing? We have one on the drag bike, and there are no capacitors in the plug wires. They are about as long as the stock plug wires. Quote
