You can mod your stock airbox for the overflow tank to mount where the airbox was, under your seat.

Edit - or buy a new aftermarket mount.

Do you have to refill your rad often?

When i bought my shee it didn't have one on it, anytime i rode a wheelie it would leak and i was constantly adding fluid so i bought one of egay and problem solved, I recomend leaving them on. Just my opinion.

You were probably reving the piss out of it, going slow...and not allowing much air to pass through the radiator as well.

It shouldn't pass any coolant through that hose unless the cap is bad or it overheats to a point to release pressure.

I might be a little off here, but I believe that's a 13PSI cap. For every 1PSI of pressure, I believe it raises the boiling temp of coolant/water 8 to 10 degrees.

Don't have the time to research that...but I don't think I'm far off...

hmmm I might have a bad cap then cause I kept spilling coolant.. Actually I couldnt keep it in. When it got hot, it would all spill out! I thought it might have been from my head being warped adding pressure to my water jacket which was forcing it out... shoould I go stock or is there a better cap? also I did find a post a while back but cannot find it... is it important for the overflow to be in an exact spot inorder for it to work? or does anywhere up front work?
