ICULOKN Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 (edited) Got the new setup "Started" tonight just to hear the motor and CPI's. I can not get the idle to adjust on these 34mm PJ Carbs at all. I have turned the choke knob both ways till it stops, put it in the middle, and cant see a change. Setup Right now 421 Stroker 4mm Crank Vitos Ported Clys Vitos Hemi Head 18cc Domes KEIHIN PJ34MM CARBS 34mm Intake W no Boost port CPI Inframes 112 Sunnoco Fuel at 40 to 1 mix Carbs are stock jetting of 152 main, 55 Pilot, needle is in the middle on 3rd Clip Air/Fuel Screws are 1.5 out What could I be doing wrong? 98_shee Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 (edited) You may want to pull the choke's out and make sure where it adjusts the idle curcuit is working properly, once you take them out you will see how they work, and see what im talking about.
