Hey guys, I am getting ready to install my engine and I was wondering if anyone has installed the engine with the cylinders on? It seems like it would be alot easier to install the cyls. on the engine while it is out. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah its possible, thats the only way I have ever done it is will the cyl on actually..

I have always had the tank out, spark plugs out and with a guy on each side we man handel her in there..

It can be a pain but with two guys its not bad..

I did mine myself, take the plugs out and the carbs off and leave the front mounts on the frame. Its so easy it almost puts itself in. Im sure you know this but take the chain off first too or else it will get caught between the swingarm and the case.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I am actually waiting for my parts from Kevin at hjr, 4mm crank, dune ported cylinders, domes and all the other goodies so I can build my engine. I was just thinking ahead.
