New setup 4mil long rod bigger carbs +4 timing 155-160 psi ported cases T5's or cpi's I would like to hear from some guys that have a 4mil setups that trail ride and hill climb etc.. and tell me if you have had any issue at all?? thanks joseph Quote
shanYE west Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 They are just as reliable as a stock stroke crank as long as your good with your maintainence and such. Quote
00tbanshee Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 will not have any problems  Quote
2001Stroker Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 No problems here. Probably better than stock. Quote
wacko2000 Posted November 13, 2008 Author Report Posted November 13, 2008 Okay so just you basic maintenance, clean air filter, change oil etc... Great, this is def what i wanted to hear..I ride pretty hard so we'll see what happens. It should be done next week, Might take it for one ride and then shee is coming apart and getting everything powdercoated and ready for GLAMIS in feb. Quote
2strokespirit Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 It is a very reliable setup, you will have no problems... Stock conrods can take more punch than a hotrods or wiseco... Hotrods and wiseco are the same thing anyways... that does not give you any reason to worry about, cause stock rods can also fail.. Quote
