It will start but have to play with the gas to keep it running. and it wont rev up without dying. Help please-Dan Quote

Help please-Dan Buy some 27.5 and 30 pilots, and i'd say 300,310,320 mains and just trial and error, try a combo if it doesnt work try another till you get it right. start out at 27.5 pilot and 300 main and go from there. brian Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 Thats the idle mixture screw. It is an air screw (adds air as you open it). Gently screw it all the way in, and back it out 1.5 to 2 turns. Once it is idling you can fine tune it. Quote

brian Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 Start with clip in the center groove and work from there. Get the idle mix and speed syncrinized first. Then check main at wot......plug chop. Then adjust clip position if needed. Quote

OKCterror Posted November 4, 2008 Author Report Posted November 4, 2008 bike runs bad ass, 1 problem that is always coming back. The overflow tube is dripping gas again. I adj the floats per you guys and clymers and cleaned and synced both properly. It really only drips after riding hard or coming to a stop really fast. Any advice???? Quote
