Anyone know of a good place to buy new plug wires for my shee???

Thanks,

Anthony

If you have a stock coil you will can just make your own. Just get some good quality

7mm or 8mm wire and some NGK 5K ohm caps... Easy and cheap for the most part.

How do you guys connect the new wires to the coil? Do the old ones just pull out and push in the new ones, or do you have to splice them? I didn't think you could change the wires on a stock coil.

My wires were bad when I got the shee there are small clips going around the wire at the coil take that off and pull

Then I stripped off the end of the insulation and bent a piece over the end of the wire and pushed it into the hole with a little black rtv to seal it works great

That was my question as well. I looked last night and didn't see how the factory plugs could be disconnected from the stock coil.

Could my TORS system be doing this? Half the time I start my shee, and I rev it up, it acts as if the parking break is on, then I move the cable at the clutch lever, and the thing revs normally.

What all is involved in removing this comepletely? Just disconnecting the plugs to the carbs, or is there more involved? Such as the wiring from the clutch handle going into the little TORS box?

Thanks,

Anthony
