Tapatalk Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 i drilled a 1/4 20 hole, used a 3/4 inch bolt, 2 washers and a nut. 8mp digital cam has a 1/4 inch tripod screw hole on its bottom. Screws right down onto the bolt. Works very nice. video Quote
05.Banshee.SE Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 I had my first experiment with a cam last weekend. Electrical taped a digital cam 5.0 MGP to the front bumper. I was just seeing how long, etc. it would film. I'm going to make a helmet mount for sure. Props to Hillclimbr. Quote

Tapatalk Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 yeah your much better off with a helmet cam. even if you have a cam with image stabalization mounted anywhere on the bike youll get a horrible vibration and will ruin your filming. I learned that lesson already. thats why i made the above setup. Quote
