lt1bird Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 I head they can warm easy...Is this true? Hinson was named.....What about wiesco's billet basket? Looking to change my primary gear to 2.36 and the stock basket would need to be re-Riveted...>Seems like a billet one would be nicer and easier to deal with.... ??? Anyone know where i can get 2.36 primary gears? Thanks! Quote
jbooker82 Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 Fast sells some 2.68 ratio primary gears. I dont know anyone who recomends a stock basket over a billit one. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/products.as...ON&offset=0 Quote
J-Madd Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 I got a PE billett basket (srp metals/magic racing). No problems at all..4 yrs and hundreds of passes down the track. Not a sign of wear, other than when the idler gear clip came off and banged around on it. Quote
KaosBanshee44 Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 Boss basket here, great investement. I haven't had to much wear and tear on mine but i've heard it's a must when you get into bigger HP motors. Quote
