well it sounds like you have an air leak, or somthing, you NEVER should run different jets. start it and spray carb cleaner around the intake boots and see if it revs up, that will tell you if you have an air leak.

The only time I saw bigger jets in one of the carbs was on a 660 Raptor...they have a 5 valve head. One carb fed two valves, one carb fed one. So....that's the only exception to the rule.

As said, figure out if it's dirt or an air leak causing one side to be leaner.

When i sync the carbs i only do it at idle. i synced at half throttle today and they were off. i hope this was the problem cause i don't have an air leak or plugged jets cause they are new. thanks guys.

i run 1 size bigger in my left cyl and i know alot of other banshees like that too.

do like these guys said and check everything but if it still needs a fatter jet in one side then dont worry about it, its pretty normal.

Most snowmobiles have different jetting per cyl. It's mostly because of the heat build-up on the clutch side. Maybe your having alot of heat transfer from a pipe being too close to the head on one side. It only takes a few degrees to make a diff.

alittle outside of the box, but also a possibility if nothing else

if so the rich side is the hot side.
