Ok so i got my bike put back together. And i had the outerframe drag pipes on with a stock swing arm! Wrong thing to do. It pulled up in 3rd and when it came down the flexed my suspension out and tire hit pipe broke pipe, and pipe broke cylinder! Bad fucking day. The pipe can be fixed no prob. But the cylinder not sure if it can be fixed?? It took the flange off in the pipe. Anybody ever heard of this happening?

X4....

I gotta see this carnage as well. I've heard of cracking the pipe, popping a spring off, etc....but never busting off the exhaust port on the cylinder...

How low are your pipes to where you came down and it hit? They should be angled up a bit...

When my buddy wadded ass on my bike on the ice, the pipe came off the cylinder exhaust, but nothing more...in fact, the springs were still holding the pipe against the motor...

No it came up on me i let the throttle off, it came down. The suspension went down and the pipe hit the rear tire.

the spring is the stock spring. With stock swinger. I have no clue on how it is adjusted. I need as much input as possible. On what arm to run. I bought a plus 8 but am worried about it might have bought 2 much.
