Maxxis Irazr fronts

Just got these on and went for my first ride today.

 

First impressions are very good. Noticed right away that my handling is improved 100%.

My braking is night and day difference as well.

 

They are radials and the side walls are very strong and do not fold over in the turns at all. I can take off kilter stuff a lot faster.

 

I went on pavement for a very short time and man, I can take corners WAY TOO FAST now. I used to slide some but not anymore.

The bumpsteer is almost totally gone but I did install new 4+1 rims as well, which I think has a lot to do with it.

 

I had bandits on the front before and these kick their ass. I wish I could have some razr or razr2 to do a comparison on but I dont.

I got the duro hookups on my raptor. They are almost identicle to the I razr's. They work sweet. The rear's are more agressive than the I razr rears though. Great RADIAL tire that works good.

Nice!! Maxxis makes some nice stuff, I even have Maxxis tires on my truck. The only complaint Ive heard about the I Razrs is that they wear a little faster then other tires.

My brother "cornfed396" said he had a set of the RAZR's and he liked them, but they wore

twice as fast as the HD's he had. They were toast in like 1 season but hooked up like mad.

yea those irazr's are sweet tires, handle awesome and hook up great, they wear out real quick though

im glad someone posted pics of those duro hook ups, ive eyed them down a few times at rockymountain, they look awesome and the price is damn good! you need to put them on a banshee and tell us how they work!! they look like they would be an aawesome trail tire

Awsome tire and imo dont wear that fast @ all! Maybe just differences in the terrain?

Just by looking at the tires you can tell they wont last as long as some. The farther the lugs are spaced appart the quicker they will wear, but the better they hook up. Just like a Mud tire compaired to a Highway tire.
